She was predeceased by: her parents, Pasquale Milo and Nuncia Cappodano Milo; her husband L. Charles Foley; her close friend Ed Rosman; and her siblings, Antoinetta, William Clark, Luigi, Barbara Milo and Ciro Milo.
She is survived by: her daughter Victoria (Robert); and her sisters-in-law, Sylvia Milo of Carolina Beach, NC and Beth Foley of Candadohta Lake, PA..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Titus Catholic Church (513 W Main St, Titusville, PA 16354). A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
