She was predeceased by : her parents, William Leroy and Lillian Moore Shingledecker; her husband William B. Cochran; her nephew James Finnecy Jr.; and her niece Jenna Lee Knight.
She is survived by : her son Lewis Randall Peterson (Mary) of Titusville; her stepchildren, Bruce Cochran of Lititz, Lori Wolbert (Terry) of Kent, VA and Tim Cochran (Susan) of Franklin; and her siblings, Roy Lee "Sonny" Shingledecker (Margaret "Cookie") of Franklin, Cheryl Lynne Finnecy of Oil City and Darlene K. Knight (Gary Franklin). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, many nieces and nephews and several in-laws.
