She was predeceased by : her father Matthew Penick; her son Donald I. Wheeler, Jr.; her son-in-law Lowell "Bud" Johnson; her grandson Nathan Wheeler; and her close friend Robert Ludwick.

She is survived by : her husband Donald I. "Bud" Wheeler; her daughter Pamela Johnson of Centerville; her grandchildren, Amy Baker (Jamie) of Titusville, Ashley Madden (Aaron) of Centerville and Isaac Wheeler of Wisconsin; her great grandchildren, Avery Baker, Easton Baker, Aarolynn Madden and Addyson Madden; and her sisters, June Miles and Willow Bauer of Titusville.

Memorial contributions can be made to the Shriners Children's Hospital 1645 W. 8th St., Erie, PA 16505.
