We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2020, at the age of 88, Robert J. Hoover of Titusville, Pennsylvania, born in Clarion, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Jerome Hoover and Loretta Hoover (Black); and his brother Norman Hoover. He is survived by : his wife Mary L'Huillier of Titusville; his children, Robert Hoover, Jr. (Tina) of Oil City, Daniel Hoover (Marge) of Oil City and Joan Hoover of Titusville; his grandchildren, Jennifer McNany (Jason), Joseph Hoover (Rachel), Melissa Redfield (Tony) and Alison Nguyen (Tri); and his sister-in-law Peggy Hoover of Warren. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
