He was predeceased by: his parents, George D. Lewis and Della Peeples Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Lisa A. Vargason of Titusville; his daughter Stacey Lewis of Titusville; his siblings, Vicki Stevenson of Pleasantville and Dallas E. Lewis (Terri) of Pleasantville; and his nephews, Ben Lewis (Shy) of Ohio and Jeff Lewis (Sam) of Butler. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
