He is survived by: his spouse Lauretta J. Pugh; his children, Cheryl Muir (Lowell) of Centerville and Steve Rainey (Francie Reese) of Titusville; his grandchildren, Beth McCreary (Sean) of Lawrenceburg, KY, Lynne Muir (Mark) of Las Vegas and Brent Muir (Sarah) of Titusville; and his siblings, Wilbur Rainey of Dayton, Phyllis Rainey and Mary Rainey. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren; nine nieces and nephews.
