He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert Ward and Doris Slocum; his uncle Tim Ward; and his aunt Linda Slocum. He is survived by: his parents, Wes Slocum and Cheryl Slocum (Ward); his brothers, Curtis Slocum (Samantha Burdick) and Nick Slocum (Samantha Ostrander); and his grandparents, Evert Slocum of Towanda and Janice Ward of Granville Summit. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
