She was predeceased by: her parents, Jay Ralph Spencer and Minnie Margaret Williams Spencer; her husband Donald Philip Daly; her daughter Jane Blackman; her granddaughter Amanda Jane Blackman; her great grandchild Lynzy Madison Acla; her siblings, Jay, Elwood Spencer, Cleone Burchill, Alberta Melody and Janice Bartlett; and her son-in-law Harry Place Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Jay Philip Daly (Christy) of Florida, Teresa Place of Towanda, Margaret Warfle (Richard) of Wysox, Joseph A. Daly of Towanda, Mark S. Daly of Wexford, PA, Mary Burke (James) of Bridgeville, PA and Christopher P. Daly (Bonnie) of York, PA; her son-in-law Tracy Blackman of Towanda; and her sister Judy Smith (Ken Parmenter) of Burlington, PA. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren.
