It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Bruce Moore Jr. (Towanda, Pennsylvania), who passed away on March 30, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Bruce Moore Sr. and Ellen Josephine Evans Moore; and his sister Ellen McKenney. He is survived by: his wife Erdine Marie Moore; his children, Carl Evan Moore (Cheryl) of New Smyrna Beach, FL, Samuel George Moore (Debra) of Litchfield Township, PA, Whit Andrew Moore (Norma) of LeRaysville, PA and Rachel Louise Williamson (Bruce) of Goffstown, NH; and his grandchildren, Nicholas Allen Williamson and Jessica Lynn Williamson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family suggests that contributions may be directed to the Calvary Baptist Church, 701 West Pine Street, Athens, PA 18810 in memory of Carl Bruce Moore Jr. The Maryott-Bowen Funeral Home of Towanda is assisting the Moore Family with arrangements.
