She was predeceased by: her husband Col. Stephen R. Neiley, Jr.; her parents, William Melvin and Margaret Elizabeth Garry Kolb; and her siblings, Jerome Coleman, Robert Melvin, Buddy Glen, John David, Charles Thomas Kolb and Margaret Marie Kolb.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy N. Miller of Washington, NJ, Stephen R. Neiley III of Vacherie, LA and Francys N. Hoffman (Bruce) of Standing Stone, PA; her grandchildren, Andrea Martin (William), David Neiley (Katie), Andrew Neiley (Lacie), Stephen Neiley IV (Amanda), Melina Lundy (LJ), Jonathan Hoffman and Kelly Hoffman; her great grandchildren, Emma, Jillian, Jackson Martin, Lea, Alexandra Neiley, Madilyn, Brody, Whitney Neiley, Zealand, Jaime and Dakota; her sister Beverly Ann Kolb; and her cousins, Rebecca Lou Yates (Bobby), Freddy Don Garry (Tammy) and Stephen Howard Garry (Kelly). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Emma Dell (Frankie) Kolb Neiley Emma Dell "Frankie" Kolb Neiley died peacefully on May 10th at Guthrie Towanda Skilled Nursing Unit where she lost her battle of more than 30 years to the Alzheimer's disease.
