He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry John Benjamin and Lowella Mae Vanderpool Benjamin; his brothers, Robin Benjamin (Audrey) of Towanda, Norman Benjamin of Towanda and Gary Benjamin (Thalia) of Monroeton; his daughter Karen Driscoll; and his grandson Michael Bennett.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Johnson Benjamin; his children, Henry J. Benjamin (Robin) of Towanda, Darlene McClintic (Robert) of Monroeton and James R. Benjamin (Kathy) of North Towanda; his grandchildren, Rhonda Vanderpool of Towanda, Matthew McGuire of Monroeton and Shawn Bennett of Monroeton; and his sister Evelyn Decker of Towanda. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
