He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Livingston Ballentine and Jeanette Victoria Yoder Ballentine; his wife Dorothy Erma Draper Ballentine; and his siblings, John Ballentine and Florence Dalon.
He is survived by: his sons, Johnn N. Ballentine (Connie Ballentine) and Paul M. Ballentine (Norma Lines); and his brothers, Thomas Ballentine of Coatesville, PA and Hank Ballentine of Tennessee. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren.
