Place (Michael Green), Aaron Bardell, Kaylee Place, Chasity Place and Addy Bardell; his stepfather Richard Gowin; his siblings, Rebecca Reed (Randy), Kathy Vanderpool (Harry), Leonard Place Conrad (Lori) and Shane Place Conrad (Kelly); and his parents-in-law, Teri Webber (David Webber) and Mark Kinsman (Sally Kinsman). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
