She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald B. Pelton and Charity Stephens Pelton. She is survived by: her husband Richard Lane; her children, Jessica J. Ragan (Bryan Quinn) of Converse, TX, Paul D. Ragan Jr. of Monroeton, PA and Jason R. Ragan of Franklin Township, PA; her grandson Gavin C. Ragan of Franklin Township, PA; her brother Stephen Joseph; her sister-in-law Connie Pelton of West Franklin, PA; her sisters, Diana Kay (Bruce Weaver) and Loraine Kay (Thomas Cummings); her siblings-in-law, Randy and Michelle Lane; and her close friends, Walt, Sally Jennings of Franklin Township, PA and Kenneth Bartholomew Sr. of Wysox, PA.. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
