She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Potter and Ruth Hunsinger Potter; her husband Elwyn F. "Sam" Kelley; her children, Brenda Swingle, Colin "Bud" Kelley, Francis Kelley and James Kelley; and her siblings, Shirley Smith, Beth Potter, Richard Potter and Robert Potter.
She is survived by: her son Gregory Jay Kelley; her daughter-in-law Julia Kelley of Ulster; her daughters, Amy Joyce Kelley of North Towanda and Susan Kay Kelley of North Towanda; and also, Julia Kelley and Kyong. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, several great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
