It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie H. Chubb Burgess of Towanda, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 9, 2021, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Dewey Strope Chubb and Carrie Laura Loomis; her husband Paul I Burgess; her siblings, Jean Chubb Harris and Leonard Chubb; and her children, Stephen Paul Burgess, Carrie Ellen Burgess Borgia and Bryce Allen Burgess.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kain Latimer and Renee Burgess Odom; her stepmother Gwladys Lent Scott; her sister Rhonda Chubb Krobath; her sons, Keith E Burgess (Judy) and Donald R Burgess (Miriam); her children-in-law, Robin Burgess and Thomas Borgia; her grandchildren, Kimberly Platz (David), Nicole Burgess (Rebecca), Shaylee Smith (Brian), Brendan Latimer (Missy), Jenna Keisling (Mark), Jennifer Cragle, David Burgess (Suzy), Alan Burgess (Heather) and Barbara Mogan (Paul); her nephew Christopher Harris (Joanne); and her sisters-in-law, Doris Burgess Lewis and Elaine Burgess Engisch.
