With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mylen H. Madigan Jr. (Towanda, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 5, 2020 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mylen H. Madigan Sr. and Fannie Elmira Dyer Madigan; his wife Lola Balderston; his children, Lola Madigan Holcomb (Robert) of Towanda Township, Mylen H. Madigan III (Kathleen J. Pierson) of Windham, Connie L. Madigan (Timothy Lenox) of Monroeton and Patrick E. Madigan of Sayre; his grandchildren, Robert Holcomb III (Allison), Mylen H. "Chip" Madigan IV (Annie), Heather Madigan Fenton (Billy), Joseph Stabryla Jr. and Emily E. Stabryla; his great grandchildren, Henry, Hannah, Tatum Madigan, Lincoln and Grant Holcomb; his sister Leila Madigan Kilmer; his brothers-in-law, Jack Kilmer of Durell and Harry Balderston of Roanoke, VA; and also Kim Whyte of Towanda. He was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family suggests that contributions may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association, 71 N. Franklin Ave., Wilkes-Barre, PA 18701 in Red's memory.
