He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Streby and Beatrice Streby (Bump). He is survived by: his wife Jeanne MacDonald Streby; his children, Jeff Streby of Troy, Jason Streby of Nevada, Penny Streby of North Carolina, Nicole Kinner (Bryan) of Dushore and Jenny Sessoms (John) of Yarmouth, ME; and his siblings, Marcy Crenshaw (Brian) of Mason, OH and Donald Streby of Tunkhannock. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
