He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl W. Hill and Carolyn Colley Hill; his sister Carlene Hill; and his sister-in-law Judy K. Pipher Hill. He is survived by: his wife Caroline June Cox; his son Danial R.; his daughter-in-law Robin Hill of Sheshequin; his daughter Laurie A.; his son-in-law Ralph Tompkins of Waverly, NY; his grandchildren, Daniel Hill, Michael Hill and Erica Rinebold (John); his brother Mark D. Hill of Sheshequin; and his nephew Carl Hill of Sheshequin.
The family suggests that contributions may be directed to the Tri-Township Ambulance Association, in care of Dixie Husted, 16145 Berwick Turnpike, Gillett, PA 16925 in Richrd's memory.
