He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Sullivan and Frances Sullivan (Hensel). He is survived by: his daughter Linda Sullivan (Greer); his grandchild Sandi Mackenzie; his siblings, Patricia LaBlanc, Brian Sullivan and Robert Sullivan; his siblings-in-law, Priscilla, Harry Barth, John, Mary Greer and Gary Greer; and his pet Max. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
