With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Russell J. Coolbaugh (Towanda, Pennsylvania), born in Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 28, 2021 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Abiding with Russ' request, there will not be immediate services due to the current pandemic.

In lieu of flowers, and in recognition of Russ's fondness for animals, it is requested that contributions be directed to the Bradford County Humane Society, P.O. Box 179, Ulster, PA 18850 in memory of Russell J. Coolbaugh.
