He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Varns Clarence Foreman and Ruth Y. Miller Foreman; his wife Helene Marie Houtz; his sons, Dr. Thomas K. Foreman (Ann M. Phinney) and Gerald E. "Jerry" Foreman of Ulster; his grandsons, Brian M. Foreman (Danielle Rowland) of Hendersonville, NC, Dr. Matthew C. Foreman (Dawn Kanehl) of Suffolk, VA and Dr. Robert K. Foreman of Los Angeles, CA; his great grandchild Bailey Jones of Suffolk, VA.; and his daughter Mary Ann Foreman.
