He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Francis Bailey Sr. and Ellen Tuttle Bailey; his sister Arbella Carlin; and his half-siblings, Bob Hurley, Florence Miller and Catherine Hurley.
He is survived by: his sisters, Hazel Hunt (Ronald) of Towanda Township, Virginia Lane of Towanda and Nina Ruger of Sayre; and his half-siblings, Mary Allen, Frances Taylor and Paul Hurley. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
