We are sad to announce that on September 21, 2021, at the age of 92, Wayne Davidson of Towanda, Pennsylvania, born in Waverly, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, J. Rodney Davidson and Sarah Grace Davidson; his wives, Jean Chaffee Davidson and Marian Rittell Heatwole Davidson; his siblings, John Edward (Frances Davidson), Keith (Betty Davidson) and Rita; and his brother-in-law Nathan Cole.
He is survived by: his sons, Scott Davidson of Newark, OH and Paul Davidson (Kathleen) of Philadelphia, PA; his grandchildren, Sara Davidson (Timothy Johnson) and Clancy Gallas (Alex); his great grandchildren, Zuzu and Otis Wayne; his stepchildren, Nancy Heatwole of Leesburg, VA and David Heatwole (Jane Utzman) of State College, PA; his stepgrandchildren, Eric, Troy, Virginia Heatwole (Judith Heartsong) of Germantown, MD and William Edward Heatwole Jr. (Amy) of Warrenton, VA; his sister Barbara Deitzer of Annapolis, MD; and also, Sara and Jacob. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family suggests that contributions may be directed to Saints Peter and Paul Catholic Church, 106 Third St., Towanda, PA 18848 in memory of C. Wayne Davidson.
