He is survived by: his children, Tina Askins (Lou) of Titusville, Barbara Baker of Clarion and Phillip Smith of Titusville; and his siblings, Sheila Humes of Townville, Gloria Rodgers of New Castle, Kenneth of Townville and Gary Smith of Townville. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
