He was predeceased by : his parents, James, Sr. Civitello and Peggy Civitello; and his brother Harry Civitello. He is survived by : his wife Diane Zackowski Civitello; his children, Jim Civitello (Eva), Christina Civitello (Shaun) and Michele Civitello (Patrick); his grandchildren, Dylan, Aydan, Lily and Lincoln; his great grandchild Houston; and his siblings, Ken Civitello (Fran), Mike Civitello and Linda Simms (George). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
