Usher (Thomas P. Usher), John L. Fryzol (Karen A.) and Jasen L. Fryzol (Corazon "Carrie"); his grandchildren, Heather (Jeremy), Andrew (Genna), Nathan (Carrie), Patrick (Emily), Katelyn (Trevor), Samantha, Kyle, Allison and Jillian; his great grandchildren, Abner, Hoke, Alexandra, Greysen, Taylor, Makynzie and Paisley; and his sister MaryJo Simmons (Fryzol).
