He was predeceased by : his parent Dale L. Sr; and his brother Walter "Stubby" Phillips. He is survived by : his wife Gloria J. Phillips (Passuello); his parent Phyllis M. Phillips, Sr. (Osborn); his children, Timothy L. Phillips of Trout Run and Lisa M. Cortright (Troy) of Williamsport; his grandchildren, Taylor, Ryder Phillips and Tyler Cortright; his siblings, Harold "Buster" Phillips (Paula) of Morris and Beatrice "Sis" Plumley (Phil) of Wellsboro; and his sister-in-law Cindy Phillips-Rumsey of Millport, NY.
