She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Pond and Celinda Junk Pond; her husband Paul J. Remington; her children, Carl Remington, Scott Remington, Marie Drobnicki and Susan Buechel; her sons-in-law, Robert Hinkley, John Hinkley and Joseph Drobnicki; her grandson Samuel Remington; her great grandchild Megan Vermeulen; her grandson-in-law Robert Forba; and her brother Robert (Helen Pond-Dushore).

She is survived by : her children, Barbara Hinkley of Springville, Linda Hinkley of Springville, Reta Slocum (Jack) of New Albany, Stanley Remington (Dorothy) of Turbotville, Ivan Remington of New Albany and Lloyd Remington of Tunkhannock; her son-in-law Robert Buechel; her close friend Ethel Miller (late Carl Remington); her grandchildren, Michele, Nancy, Karen, Lisa, Brenda, Tina, Judson, Donna, David, Marcia, Dawn, Richard, Renee, Laurie, Thad, Daniel, Ashley and Stacey; her niece Joan Pond; and her nephew Ronald Pond. She is also survived by 28 great grandchildren; 10 great great grandchildren.
