It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dale Leroy Shotwell of Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania, born in Kingston, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 1, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Murray Shotwell and Marion Sickler Shotwell; his brothers, Herbert, Clesson and Lorne Shotwell; and his grandson Joshua Kile.

He is survived by : his wife Carol Lynn Otto; his children, Lisa (Glenn Brecht) of Nicholson, Keith Watkins of Mehoopany and Michelle Shotwell (Edward Robinson) of Tunkhannock; and his grandchildren, Jerry Kile (Angie) of Scott Twp, Aubree and Rosalie Budzinski of Mehoopany.
