He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Mills (Casner) and Frederick Mills; his siblings, Robert Mills, Betty Andrews (Mills), Frederick Mills and Marjorie Mills; his niece Jeannie Andrews Van Ess; and his nephew Craig Mills.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian Poyant; his nieces, Susan Poyant of New Bedford, MA, Joanne Andrews Hamilton and Mary Jane Andrews; and his great grandchildren, Mallory, Jolene, Hazel and Sparrow Mills.
