She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Witkowski and Josephine Witkowski (Piorek); her daughter Josephine Mullen; and her siblings, Lottie Pavlovich and Stephen Witkowski.

She is survived by : her husband James Mullen; her children, Jean Mullen, Debbie Janof and Christopher Mullen (Eileen); and her grandchildren, Kevin, Kyle, Ryan Janof, Emily and Megan Bailey.
