He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry W. Hoy and Bonita B. "Bonnie" Hoy (Golder); and his son Devin Hoy. He is survived by: his son Ryan; his daughter-in-law Riley Hoy of Watsontown; his daughters, Jacquelin Hoy (Chase Kirkner) of Muncy, Nalaya of Turbotville and Chyanne Hoy of Turbotville; his siblings, Clyde Crane of Turbotville, Kathy (Rick Fenstamaker), Tina (Ray Stackhouse) and Kim (Tom Dominick); and his grandsons, Liam and Kaydon.
