She is survived by: her children, Patricia Kadlubek (Vince) of Greensburg, Thomas McNair of Turtle Creek, Vicki Schantz of North Versailles, Wendy Rees of Turtle Creek and Betty Jean Cooksey (Donny) of Charleston, SC; her grandchildren, Pam Kadlubek (Becky), Brian Kadlubek (Lisa), Kevin Kadlubek (Pam), James McNair (Linda), Danya Matthews (Scott), Austin Schantz, Kristy Little (Tony), Edward Rees and Kelly Rees (Mark); her great grandchildren, Sarah Kadlubek, Brady Kadlubek, Anna Kadlubek, Kyle Kadlubek, Kayla Kadlubek, Tristan Matthews, Kyle Kendall and Everly Little; and her brother William Holtzer of Greensburg. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
