It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Forejt (Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 9, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Forejt and Stella Forejt (Hribal); and his brother Theodore Forejt. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kelly; his children, Susan Haberle (Edward) and Leigh Cordell; his grandchildren, Lily McClain and Ellie Cordell; and his sister Margaret Mazza. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
