He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Evashavik and Mary Evashavik (O'Boyle). He is survived by: his wife Carol "Greta" (Garber); his children, Gregory (Sherry), Susan Evashavik DiLucente (Phil), Gretchen and Nicholas (Jen); his grandchildren, Anna, Caroline, Luke and Ben Evashavik; and his sister Sally Paladin.
