It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Kerr of Tylersport, Pennsylvania, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 30, 2022, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Alvah Garreth; her husband Walter Nyce Kerr; her son Wesley S. Kerr; her grandsons, Fred J. Tarantino, Jr. and Christopher P. Kerr; her siblings, Millie O. Moser, Patricia M. Musselman, Robert N. Nice and Charles Lilley; her sister-in-law Marian K. Alderfer; her sons-in-law, Frederick J. Tarantino, Sr. and Richard R. McCarty; and her great grandchildren, T. J. Clugston and Bennett Kerr.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis S. Kerr (JoAnn), Donald S. Kerr (Debra), Doris Tarantino, Faye McCarty, Susan Thompson (Bill) and Nancy Gehman (Denny). She is also survived by her 16 grandchildren, her 30 great-grandchildren, and 15 great great-grandchildren, 3 nieces, and 2 nephews.
Prior to the Covid Pandemic she enjoyed playing Bingo at local fire companies - Tylersport, Ringing Rocks, and Sellersville.
