It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marilyn Nearhoof (Tyrone, Pennsylvania), born in Kittanning, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 3, 2024, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Alice Livengood Heilman and Herbert C. Heilman of Ford City, Pennsylvania.. She is survived by : her husband Elmer Nearhoof; her daughters, Sharon Nearhoof of Phoenix and Amy Nearhoof of Warriors Mark; her granddaughters, Eva Toth, Clara May and Scarlet Toth; and her brothers, Wesley Heilman (Patricia) of Timonium and Willard Heilman (Sue) of Fort Mill. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

The family requests that those who are so inclined donate in Marilyn's name to the Dementia Society of America (http://www.dementiasociety.org) or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (http://www.stjude.org).
