He was predeceased by : his father Henry E. Brooks (Linda); his siblings, Tony and Cindy; and his nephew DJ Nunemaker. He is survived by : his mother Judith M. Gaber Brooks; his wife Jennifer Leavens of Union City; his children, Heather Brooks of Union City, Mike Mahanes (Sam), Shawn Brooks (Lisa) of Union City, Stephanie Capron (Ryan) of Cambridge Springs and Jacob Brooks of Union City; his grandchildren, Riley, Devin, Noah Capron, Isaac, Lacee Mahanes, Madalynn, Jason, Liam and Hunter Brooks; and his siblings, Robert Brooks (Vickie) of Corry, Jody Miller (Glenn) of East Springfield, Pam Fish (Troy) of Union City and Laura Ahrens of Erie. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor's choice or take a moment to do a good deed for someone in need.
