It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James L. Burgess (Union City, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 28, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Judith Burgess (Jerome); his parents, William Hubbard (Bill) and Doris Burgess Hubbard (Obert); his siblings, Donald Burgess and Diane; and his grandson Daniel Burgess.
He is survived by : his siblings, Dale Burgess (Joan) and Connie Mollie (Gary); and his children, Scott Burgess (Mary Ann), Patrick Burgess (Annette) and Debbie Magee (Doug). He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
