It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce A. Rankin of Union City, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 31, 2025, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joyce A. Rankin to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ward Fosburgh and Flossie Fosburgh (Smith); her husband Bruce Rankin; her brothers, Delbert, Robert, Henry, Art and Ronald Fosburgh; and her grandson Ryan Woods.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie McKinney (Glenn) of Union City, PA, Janet Woods (Tim) of Millcreek, PA, Doug Rankin (Nancy) of Hydetown, PA, Steve Rankin of Titusville, PA and Brian Rankin of Union City, PA; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Sue Fosburgh of Little Rock, AR, Gerry Black of Sugar Grove, PA and Onalee Rankin of Bearlake, PA.. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandsons and many nieces and nephews.
