He was predeceased by: his parents, Merrill A. Bowen and Doris M. Tarbell Bowen; and his great-niece Kendra Roscinski. He is survived by: his sisters, Judith Goforth, Kay Manno (John) and Janice Keefer (Neil).
Viewing was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Warren-Glenn Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc. (62 S Main St, Union City, PA 16438).
