With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janet S. Belcher of Union Dale, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 25, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Bennett and Reba Welch Bennett; and her siblings, Eleanor, June, Jay, Dale, Harold, Darwin, Billy, Gene, Jerry and Kenneth.

She is survived by: her husband Franklin Belcher, Sr.; her children, Nikki Jordan (Tommy), Brian Brotherton (Allie) and Janelle Parrack (Jeff); her stepchildren, Frances Compton (James), Melissa Berish (Stephen), Franklin Belcher, Jr. and Jennifer MacAvoy (Susan); her grandchildren, Brian, Jr., Joshua, Tayor, Ashley and Trent; and her siblings, Eunice and Jack. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
