He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Bittinger and Pearl Bittinger (Hoover); and his sister Audrey Fitzpatrick. He is survived by: his siblings, Ethel Memmo, Arlene Sprowls, Catherine Lawrence, Roy, Burl, Freeman, Stanley, Jacob and Edwin Bittinger; his close friend Doris Wagner; and his siblings' children, Clark Fitzpatrick and Colleen Fitzpatrick. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
