She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Hays and Evelyn Dulin Hays; and her husband James W. Perkins. She is survived by: her children, Ed Loukota (Marjorie) of Uniontown and Joy Bloom (Tom) of Uniontown; her stepson Joseph Perkins (Nancy) of Charlotte, NC; her brothers, John Hays (Barbara) of Lynchburg, VA and William Dulin (Sherry) of Morgantown, WV.; her grandchildren, Alyssa, Ryan, Madison, Mya, Aydan, Thomas and Ella; her great grandchild Mayah; her nieces, Michelle and Brittany; and her nephew Chris.
Visitation was held on Monday, May 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Abundant Life Church (1239 Brownfield Rd, Uniontown, PA 15401).
