He is survived by: his wife Jamie Supensky (Ravenscroft); his children, Ruger Supensky of Uniontown, Caleb Supensky of Uniontown, Corie Supensky of Masontown, Cody Supensky (Lindsey) of Masontown and Katelyn Fox of Uniontown; his grandchildren, Alaina, Wyatt, Ezra, Lainey, Addysn and Kynlee; his sister Deanne Jellick of Dunbar; and his nephews, Michael and Nathan Jellick.
