She is survived by: her daughter Janelle Kochis; her siblings, Joan Kuritz (Dan), Linda Christopher (Gary), Richard Martelli, Stanley Martelli and Sam Martelli; her close friends, Lucy, Lou, Helen, Connie and Barb; her brother Stanlely; her close friend Rose Marie Malatesta; her nieces, Mia and Marissa Ezzi; her caregivers, Julie, Vicky, Hagar, Marsha and Patty; and also, Angie, Gennifer, Brandan, Bradley and Janice. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
