Carrow (Upper Chichester, Pennsylvania), born in Highlands, North Carolina, who passed away on February 25, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Thomas G. Carrow Sr.; her siblings, Kathleen Wright (Kitty), Richard and Samuel Rudolph; and her granddaughter Heather-Lyn Manzi.
She is survived by : her sons, Thomas Jr. (Jessica), John and Carl; her granddaughters, Brenda, Elaina, Harley and Isabella; and her siblings, Elizabeth, Joan, Patricia, Dorothy and James.
