It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis M. Matys of Upper Chichester, Pennsylvania, born in Chester, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 9, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Walter Eugene and Mary Sigda Matys. He is survived by : his brother Polish Band; his wife Joan L. Brown Matys; his sons, Brian Matys (Katie), Chad Matys, Justin Matys (Jill), Matt Matys (Jackie) and John McCracken (Farahlee); and his brothers, Bob Matys (Vicki) and Moe Matys (Marie). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
