She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida M. and George L. Herzog, Jr.; her siblings, George Herzog, Lynn Herzog and Pete Herzog; and her nephew Tony Boccella.
She is survived by: her sister Dot Herzog Smith (Gary); her sister-in-law Maureen Herzog; and her sibling's children, Brian Herzog, Albert Boccella, Mandy Boccella, Chrissy Carcanague and Kate Herzog. She is also survived by eight great nieces and nephews.
